About the role
Every trading firm runs its book a little differently. Apollo Negoce adapts to each one: their contracts, their warehouses, their ERP, their way of working.
As a Forward Deployed Engineer you are the person who makes that happen. You sit with the client's traders and operators, understand how they work, and get Apollo running on their real data.
What you will do
- Lead onboardings: import contracts, stock and history from spreadsheets and existing systems.
- Connect Apollo to the client's tools (ERP, mailboxes, broker statements) and keep the data flowing.
- Build the customizations a client needs, and bring back to the product what several clients share.
- Travel to client offices when being in the room matters.
Who you are
- A software engineer first, comfortable with TypeScript, Next.js, Postgres (Supabase) and Flutter, with AI agents built on Claude.
- At ease in front of clients, and able to explain a technical choice in plain words.
- Fast with messy data: Excel exports, PDFs, emails.
- Willing to travel regularly.
A plus
- Experience in a client-facing engineering role (solutions, implementation, consulting).
