1. Who we are

Apollo is operated by Apollo Negoce FZCO, founded by Alexandre Antoine Georges Loustau and Marc Lhuillery, registered at Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai POB 342058, United Arab Emirates. For any question about your personal data, contact us at contact@apollonegoce.com.

When you use the platform, Apollo acts as a processor for the business data you upload (contracts, shipments, counterparty records) and as controller for your account and usage data.

2. What we collect and why

  • Account data (name, email, phone, company, role), to create and secure your account and deliver the service. Legal basis: contract.
  • Business data (contracts, shipments, documents, positions you upload), processed on your organization's behalf to run the platform. Legal basis: contract with your organization.
  • Usage and technical data (logs, IP, browser, feature usage, AI interactions), to operate, secure and improve the service. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
  • Communications (support messages, marketing emails), to respond and keep you informed. Legal basis: contract or consent.

We do not sell your data, ever.

3. How long we keep it

  • Business data: retained while your organization's contract is active. On termination, returned or deleted per your instructions.
  • Records required by accounting and tax law: 10 years.

4. Your rights

Under GDPR you may at any time:

  • Access the data we hold about you
  • Correct it if inaccurate
  • Request deletion
  • Export it in a portable format
  • Restrict or object to certain processing
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on it

To exercise any right, email contact@apollonegoce.com. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in France: CNIL, www.cnil.fr).

5. Cookies, security, changes

Cookies. We use essential cookies for authentication and a small number of analytics cookies (with consent). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Security. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Each customer runs on an isolated database. Access is logged and controlled.

Changes. We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified by email. The date at the top reflects the latest version.
