About the role
Apollo Negoce is built by commodity traders, and we want that to stay true as we grow. This role keeps the product honest about how physical trading actually runs.
You come from trade operations, execution or a trading desk. You know what a shipping instruction, a weight note or a warehouse release looks like, and what goes wrong with them.
What you will do
- Work with our clients' operations teams, train them and be their first point of contact.
- Check that what Apollo shows matches the real book: contracts, shipments, stock, invoices.
- Turn client feedback into clear requests for the engineering team, and test what they ship.
- Help design new modules with the eye of someone who has done the job.
Who you are
- Several years in trade operations, execution or logistics at a physical commodity firm.
- Fluent with the documents of the trade: contracts, bills of lading, certificates, invoices.
- Rigorous with numbers and calm with clients.
- Curious about software, no coding required.
A plus
- Experience in soft commodities such as cocoa, coffee or cashew.
